Return Policy

Sales on used guns are subject to a three day inspection. DeVault Industries must be informed within (3) days from the time you receive the merchandise that it is going to be returned. After (3) days the sale is final. If an item is returned, the customer will pay for the shipping of the product both ways. The return package must be insured for the total value of the item being returned or the original purchase price. If it is not insured the person shipping the item back will be liable for any damage that may occur.

 Note: A demo stock is not part of the fitting fee, if a customer wants to keep their demo
stock there is an additional charge. Upon receiving your new stock, you will have 30 days to express any concerns. After the 30 day approval period, the sale will be final and any alterations will be charged an additional fee.

If a person decides to shoot their demo stock for an extended period of time that is acceptable. However if the stock is kept for more than 45 days the deposit will not be returned if you change your mind and decide not to have the final stock work performed.

Payment: DeVault Industries will except Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a bank wire transfer. Charge Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. All Ohio Residents add
5-3/4% State Sales Tax on your purchases.
