The following disclaimer is for shipping of all packages back to the customer. When packages are sent to us for work to be performed, it will be the responsibility of the customer to tell us if the return package when shipped is to be insured. DeVault Industries will not and is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. As the customer, if you have damage to your goods that have been shipped back to you the claim for damage insurance has to be filed by us, the party shipping the package. It is the customers responsibility to keep all the packaging that was shipped to you including the box. Without the package and all the contents, the damage claim can not be processed and the claim can not be paid.
Again it is your responsibility to inform us as to the amount of insurance you want on your package, the cost of the insurance is $.60 per
$ 100.00 insured.
